We remind you that according to Hotel Industry standards all reservations will require a deposit to be paid upon reservation, for the total nights reserved:
Refundable rate: Direct debit 50%
Non-refundable rate: Direct debit 100%
The payment can be made either by cheque, by cash, by bank card with a secure system, or by holiday cheques.
The customer has no legal right of withdrawal when buying an online stay. Article L. 121-21-8 12 of the Consumer Code stipulates that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, among other things, for contracts for the provision of accommodation services.
For the period from October 1 to March 31: In case of cancellation or modification up to 2 days before the arrival date the hotel does not charge a fee – In case of cancellation or change within 2 days before the arrival date, the hotel will deduct 50% of the total amount of the booking. – in the event of a no-show, the hotel deducts the full amount of the booking.
For the period from April 1 to September 30: In case of cancellation or change up to 7 days before the arrival date, the hotel does not charge a fee – In case of cancellation or change within 7 days before the arrival date, the hotel will deduct 50% of the total amount of the booking.
In the event of a no-show, the hotel deducts the full amount of the booking. Any interruption of your stay will be subject invoicing the total nights reserved without holiday tax. Any drinks (mini bar, etc. …) noted at departure will be deducted from your credit card given as a guarantee.
Any change or cancellation of reservations must be written (mail, fax or email), and the Hôtel du Clos responds by the same means. If the hotel were to cancel a stay, it would refund the guest.
All booking is possible until 6pm, please notify us in case of late arrival after 10pm.
The deadline set to vacate the guest’s reserved room or rooms is 12:00 p.m. ( to be confirmed)

Small animals are accepted. In case of damage or damage caused by the animal, the responsibility of the owner of the animal will be directly engaged. It is strictly forbidden to leave your pet alone in a room.
Exceptional situation and force majeure:
The parties are able to absolve themselves of their contractual obligations or suspend them if they are unable to ensure them because of the occurrence of an event beyond their control and in the event of force majeure beyond their control which could not reasonably be foreseen at the time of the conclusion of the contract and whose effects cannot be avoided by appropriate measures, prevents the party from carrying out his obligation and in particular in the case of total or partial destruction of the hotel, strike, disaster, fire, internal or external technical accident and in general in the event of any event that does not allow the proper performance of the services.
If the impediment is definitive, the contract is legally terminated and the parties are released from their obligations under the terms of Sections 1351 and 1351-1.
If the impediment is temporary, the performance of the obligation is suspended unless the resulting delay justifies the termination of the contract. The parties undertake to negotiate in good faith to take appropriate steps to continue the performance of the contract. The Hotel will be able to offer a credit note in case of “temporary” force majeure.

– The rate of a single room is that of a room occupied by 1 person.
– The rate of a twin or double room is that of a room occupied by 2 people.
– The rate of a triple room is that of a room occupied by 3 people.
– The price of a quadruple room is that of a room occupied by 4 people.
– For children under 3 years there is the possibility of a cot, without charge, in the parents’ room, by reservation.
– Possibility of an extra bed in the room for 20 euros TTC, by reservation.
Breakfast is priced at 15 euros per person and 8 TTC for children under 12 years old.
Specific Cancellation Conditions
Non-refundable: For a cancellation made between the booking date and the no show, the entire booking will be deducted
Litigation and mediation:
After contacting our management and failing to respond satisfactorily within 15 days, the customer can refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details and referral procedures are available on his website: www.mtv.travel.
The consumer may refer either one of the territorially competent courts under the Code of Civil Procedure or the jurisdiction of the place where he lived at the time of the conclusion of the contract or the occurrence of the harmful fact.
